Role Overview

Located in Melbourne, this position involves managing numerous integrated electronic security projects across Victoria, including key federal government, Defence, and high-end commercial contracts. You will oversee projects from initial planning stages through to successful client handover, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple integrated electronic security projects simultaneously, handling all phases from planning to client delivery.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets according to predefined budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to project meeting schedules, commitments, deadlines, and success criteria.
  • Lead larger, multi-dimensional projects providing expert guidance.
  • Mentor and support new Project Managers and Commissioning staff.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing integrated electronic security system projects.
  • Proficiency in designing integrated electronic security systems.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory to meet government security clearance requirements.
  • Well-versed with Australian Standards relevant to security installations.
  • Possession of Victoria Security Installers license.
  • Valid Victorian driver’s license.
  • Capability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance.
