Project Manager

Role Overview

Lead comprehensive technology implementation initiatives spanning multiple countries within a regional framework, overseeing all phases from project inception to conclusion. Ensure delivery aligns with expectations relating to scope, timing, budget constraints, quality benchmarks, contractual obligations, and commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs with fixed-price contracts, exercising strong governance in scope control, change management, project scheduling, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans covering requirements capture, continuous tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Identify and proactively respond to project risks and issues, adjusting plans accordingly with senior leadership consensus.
• Interpret and enforce contractual commitments to uphold agreed deliverables, commercial arrangements, and client satisfaction.
• Operate proficiently in consulting and solution delivery contexts, applying flexible yet structured methodologies adapted to client needs.
• Foster trusted partnerships with CXO and executive stakeholders, managing escalations and navigating complex business interactions toward successful outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft platform deployments, including guidance on best practices, architectural contributions, and technology decisions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting accountability, conflict resolution, sustained progress, and mentorship to cultivate high-performance cultures.
• Coordinate efforts with clients, vendors, partners, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Adapt delivery strategies across Southeast Asia, addressing regional business norms, cultural dynamics, and diverse customer requirements.
• Integrate AI and emerging technological solutions into the software development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Drive ongoing process improvements and maintain a focus on value creation amid evolving or ambiguous environments.
• Champion a customer-oriented mindset while nurturing and developing teams across divisions including AI, M365, and Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related discipline preferred.
• 8 to 10+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated leadership of regional technology projects spanning at least 3 to 5 countries.
• Strong command of contract and commercial management with the ability to manage client deliverables effectively.
• Comprehensive background in full project and program lifecycle delivery within consulting and implementation services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement aptitude, especially with senior and CXO-level executives, including escalation management.
• Sound technical knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, particularly Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform, and Azure environments.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams under pressure, fostering accountability and resolving conflicts.
• Insight into Southeast Asia's business culture and regional operational challenges.
• Experience administering fixed-price projects ensuring robust scope, cost, and schedule governance.
• Advanced proficiency in project management best practices, including use of Microsoft Project and related tools.
• Understanding and application of Earned Value Management (EVM) for financial tracking and decision support.
• Capability to independently oversee large-scale ERP/CRM or enterprise transformation programs from start to finish.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with aptitude for thriving in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing onshore and offshore teams and enhancing service delivery.
• Background in global technology consulting/service delivery preferred.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience incorporating AI technologies into software development lifecycle processes to boost project success and innovation.
• Possession of professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
