As a Project Manager based in Pune, Maharashtra, you'll lead key projects that impact global operations, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver results aligned with strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee critical projects across Lubrizol's divisions, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Work in close partnership with commercial teams, operations, R&D, IT, supply chain, and procurement functions to drive project success.
• Create and update detailed project plans covering scope, deliverables, resource use, and risk management.
• Monitor project activity closely and ensure milestones are met as scheduled.
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges promptly.
• Provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders and senior management to maintain transparency.
• Encourage a culture focused on collaborative project management and effective results delivery.
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and project management best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Complete any assigned project management training and share best practices with fellow managers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in multinational corporate environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Certification in project management such as PMP is essential.
• At least 2 years managing projects or business initiatives with a strong focus on business problem solving and strategic implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and execute organizational strategy via standalone projects.
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional leadership qualities and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving expertise.
• Capability to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic work environments.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Proven leadership in guiding and motivating project teams to reach objectives.

Technical and Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview, ServiceNow PPM, and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid PMP or equivalent project management certification.
