Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee Enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solution implementations. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in managing GRC automation projects and effectively bridging business units with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery involving enterprise GRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, and MetricStream, with familiarity also valued in IBM OpenPages, SAP GRC, and LogicGate.
- Possess a strong grasp of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders in risk, BCM, cybersecurity, and compliance departments and the technical implementation teams — gathering requirements, translating them into practical platform workflows, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to sign-off.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide comprehensive reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 8 years professional experience overall, with a minimum of 3–4 years dedicated to GRC automation platforms.
- Preferred certifications include PMP or PRINCE2 for project management and CRISC, CISA, CISM, or ISO 22301/27001 to demonstrate expertise in compliance and audit domains.
- Industry experience within banking or financial services is highly advantageous, especially with exposure to Gulf or Saudi Arabian regulatory bodies such as SAMA, NCA, and CBB.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Riyadh, preferably candidates already residing in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
