Project Manager - Data & Technology

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead data and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise setting. This role is responsible for managing projects and technical work packages from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Organize and plan project tasks, resources, and budgets to achieve expected outcomes.
• Create and update project schedules, plans, and necessary documentation.
• Handle governance, assurance, risk management, dependencies, issues, and change controls for projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, different business units, project boards, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Develop communication strategies, organizational change management, and benefits realization planning as needed.
• Lead project teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Track progress and provide accurate, timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project procedures follow organizational policies and standards.

Requirements

• Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level projects related to data platforms, data management, data integration, or analytics.
• Experience managing multiple application or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) projects within an Agile framework is preferred.
• Familiarity with data and warehousing technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks is advantageous.
• Experience across both public and private sectors is beneficial.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, detailed planning, financial oversight, and communication.
• Adept at navigating complex project landscapes and driving projects to successful completion.
