• Conducting regular inspections of building envelopes, including curtain walls, glazing, gypsum partitions, flooring, and exterior cladding.
• Ensuring conformity of workmanship to approved shop drawings, specifications, samples, and Saudi Building Code mandates.
• Supervising material quality control processes including submittal reviews, deliveries, testing coordination, and rejection of nonconforming materials per SASO/ASTM standards.
• Overseeing development and approval of architectural mock-ups used as quality standards in construction phases.
• Preparing and managing snagging lists and Non-Conformance Reports, undertaking pre-handover and final inspections as per client and consultant criteria.
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to address interface issues minimizing rework, while assuring compliance to health, safety and environmental standards including PPE usage and housekeeping.

Technical Documentation and Management

• Comprehensive review and approval of contractor submittals including shop drawings, inspection test plans, method statements, and material data.
• Controlling mark-ups and revisions of architectural drawings with AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu, ensuring distribution of latest revisions on-site.
