Project Manager - Construction

Job Overview

K.S. Venkatraman & Co, a reputable firm established in 1947 known for superior construction and engineering standards, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all facets of construction projects in Chennai. This role involves managing project execution, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation while ensuring client satisfaction in industrial, warehouse, and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project operations including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Develop detailed resource plans to optimize project execution.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and architects to foster smooth project flow and alignment of objectives.
• Supervise construction methodologies and implement project monitoring, including progress tracking and control mechanisms.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in construction management across general contracting projects.
• Experience handling design-build projects and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) engagements.
• Strong client management skills, preferably with exposure to industrial and warehouse construction projects.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging between 1,500,000 and 2,500,000 INR.
