Project Manager - Civil or Architectural Engineer

About the Company and Role

Art Creator is seeking a skilled Project Manager with a degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering to oversee finishing, decoration, and artistic installation projects from planning to final delivery. The position is based in Al Qaţīf, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and offers a monthly salary ranging from 7,000 to 10,000 SAR, with the final offer dependent on the candidate's experience and competencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience managing and supervising project execution.
• Proven expertise in diverse finishing works including architectural, interior, and exterior finishes.
• Solid knowledge of finishing materials, implementation methods, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in manufacturing projects, installations, and custom decorations is considered advantageous.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Capability to develop and manage project schedules and monitor progress.
• Experience in budget and cost management, including monitoring deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret engineering and technical drawings and understand specifications and execution requirements.
• Effective coordination among design, production, manufacturing, procurement, and on-site teams.
• Competency in risk management and efficient resolution of on-site challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with Odoo or similar project management systems is advantageous.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage projects and supervise execution from receiving project requirements until final delivery.
• Develop implementation plans and determine resource, material, and labor needs for projects.
• Oversee various finishing and installation tasks, ensuring integration and sequential execution.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues affecting workflow.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports for the production manager and senior management on project progress, costs, and challenges.
• Monitor compliance with occupational safety requirements at work sites.
• Track and close technical remarks and complete handover procedures.
