Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Project Manager position in Jeddah entails leading the entire life cycle of tours and events projects. Responsibilities encompass managing timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to guarantee seamless project delivery. Daily tasks include defining project scopes, preparing schedules, coordinating logistics, overseeing expediting tasks, and supervising inspection and quality assurance measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the scope and establish schedules for various projects.
• Manage logistics, including transportation, equipment, and vendor coordination on-site.
• Lead and monitor expediting efforts to ensure timely project milestones.
• Supervise inspection procedures and maintain quality control standards throughout event and tour execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to align objectives.
• Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues.
• Implement process improvements and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in project management with experience overseeing end-to-end event or tour projects.
• Familiarity with expediting roles and responsibilities to keep deliverables on track.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control in event and venue settings.
• Strong logistics management skills, including coordination of transportation and venue operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, events management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cooperation across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Competence in project management software tools and standard office applications; experience in the events or tourism sector is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, handle multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to shifting priorities and client demands.
