Role Overview
As a Project Manager at TechnologyOne, you will be pivotal in ensuring outstanding customer experiences by successfully delivering diverse customer projects. You will oversee projects of various complexities and values, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to achieve timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Your role involves coordinating across the TechnologyOne value chain, nurturing strong relationships, and guaranteeing smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet defined customer expectations.
- Oversee project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and schedules utilizing established delivery methods.
- Establish solid communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.
- Implement effective project governance including regular reporting, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure a favorable implementation journey and fulfillment of contract commitments.
- Seek opportunities to enhance customer relations and contribute to business growth.
- Participate in ongoing improvements of delivery processes, systems, and tools.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members promoting a collaborative, high-achieving culture.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and achieving successful customer results.
- Current PRINCE2 or PMI certification is required.
- Relevant background in delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills with peers.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Familiarity with TechnologyOne products and solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration and driving change initiatives.
- Commercial acumen with a history of identifying growth prospects.
