Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, tall building projects up to 110 stories, handling all phases from initial planning to final completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute large-scale high-rise construction projects efficiently.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders.
- Maintain accountability for project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Has accumulated at least 15 years of extensive experience in construction or project management.
- Possesses a strong professional background specifically in high-rise and super high-rise building projects.
- Demonstrates a proven history of successfully delivering complex and sizable construction projects.
- Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is considered an additional advantage.
