Project Manager

About the Role

Peerspoly seeks a skilled Project Manager with over three years of experience working within translation agencies, language service providers (LSPs), localization companies, or similar fields to oversee multilingual projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle management of multilingual translation and localization initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among translators, reviewers, desktop publishing specialists, and external vendors.
• Control project schedules, budgets, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Liaise effectively with international and onsite clients to gather and comprehend project needs.
• Collaborate with internal production teams to facilitate seamless project operations.
• Manage Translation Memories, Termbases, computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools, and machine translation/post-editing (MT/MTPE) workflows.
• Track project timelines and swiftly resolve any production challenges.
• Ensure final projects meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum three years of project management expertise within the translation, localization, or language services domain.
• Strong command of written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent client management and team coordination abilities.
• Proficient with Trados Studio and other CAT tools.
• Solid understanding of Translation Memories, Termbases, and MT/MTPE processes.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Demonstrated skills in project planning, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
• Aptitude for working confidently with international clients and multicultural teams.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive, hands-on Project Manager who autonomously handles clients, production staff, and multiple multilingual projects based out of the Coimbatore office, working primarily during European time zones.
