Role Overview

The Project Manager position is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh. This role entails managing full project lifecycles within OPXO's various business units, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource management, and successful delivery of technology and digital product initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Define clear project scopes, develop timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Monitor budgets and track project progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations through consistent communication.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, including expeditors, to guarantee timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Support inspection and quality control processes to meet required standards.
• Oversee logistics planning to ensure optimal movement and delivery of equipment and project outputs.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven expertise in project management and expediting, particularly within technology or digital product projects.
• Experience managing expeditor activities and expediting procedures to ensure on-time delivery.
• Knowledge of inspection and quality assurance protocols for verifying adherence to project specifications.
• Competency in logistics management including planning, tracking, and optimizing resource and equipment delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a closely related discipline; or comparable practical experience.
• Proficiency with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalents.
• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams in multicultural settings.
• Demonstrated success in juggling multiple projects, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Experience in technology, digital product development, or AI solutions is advantageous.
• Professional project management certifications like PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
