Project Manager

Overview

KN International is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects at Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and ensuring projects meet their scope, budget, and deadlines, while coordinating multiple stakeholders and adhering to UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee project schedules, financial plans, and scopes ensuring successful project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to align objectives and manage expectations.
• Track project progress and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure adherence to regional compliance, industry standards, and specific project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project status reports for clients and senior leadership.
• Manage procurement activities, allocate resources, and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Lead the project team by assigning responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Adopt best practices in project management methodologies, quality assurance, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years professional experience, with at least 10 years in UAE project management.
• Certification in PMP, Prince2, or a similar project management accreditation.
• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Strong capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and perform effectively under pressure.
• Immediate availability to join the company.
