About the Role
Flex Africa is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the successful execution of projects primarily focused on technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of project management experience and a strong strategic grasp on planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technology-driven project delivery ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, especially in technology, banking, fintech, or digital transformation sectors.
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
