Role Summaries and Requirements

Project Manager

• Lead both technical and operational teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Requirements: Relevant university degree, PMP certification, plus PRINCE2 and/or AgileSHIFT/Scrum Master qualification, along with appropriate professional experience.

Senior Project Management Consultant

• Develop and refine project management strategies and methods.
• Oversee governance, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Support institutional transformation initiatives and mentor Project Managers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, PMP or PRINCE2 certification, and comprehensive experience in strategic project management, governance, and consultancy.

Senior Educational Expert

• Advise on educational strategies and policies including curriculum development.
• Support curriculum design and revision.
• Provide mentorship to educational specialists.
• Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, PMP certification, and in-depth expertise in educational systems, curriculum development, or educational policy.

Senior Project Specialist

• Review project plans, budgetary aspects, and deliverables.
• Design detailed implementation plans for extensive projects.
• Enhance project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, PMO-CP certification, and strong experience in project planning, documentation, risk management, and delivery.

Project Coordinator

• Support Project Managers with daily planning and performance reporting.
• Assist with risk assessments, resource planning, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements: Relevant university qualification, certification in MS Project, and experience in coordination, reporting, and project monitoring.
