Project Director, Water

About the Role

Misogi Partners is partnering with a premier global Water & Wastewater EPC firm to hire a Project Director based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role entails overseeing the full lifecycle delivery of major water infrastructure projects—ranging from contract award through to final handover. The position demands accountability for profit and loss, strategic planning, managing contracts, client engagement, and guiding a multidisciplinary team to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale water infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding USD 200 million.
• Administer project financials, timelines, quality standards, and contract compliance.
• Interface effectively with clients, coordinate with various stakeholders, and lead diverse teams towards project targets.

Experience and Qualifications

• Over 20 years of experience in EPC project delivery, including a minimum of 5 years serving as a Project Director.
• Deep expertise with seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO), industrial sewage treatment plants (ISTP), and wastewater treatment facilities in the Middle East.
• Acceptable background in oil & gas EPC projects.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at USD 200 million or more from contract award to completion.
• Strong familiarity with KSA and GCC regional markets and extensive knowledge of FIDIC contract standards.

This role is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have experience working in KSA or the broader GCC region, demonstrating solid client and contractual management capabilities within complex infrastructure projects.
