Project Director

Position Overview

As a Project Director based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will take full responsibility for managing major projects from initiation through to their successful completion. This role involves ensuring all project goals are met in alignment with defined budgets, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise large-scale projects, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and contractual obligations.
• Lead and coordinate project managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Manage and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 15 years' relevant professional experience in project management or related fields.
• Preferred candidates will hold PMP or PgMP certification.
• Current residence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required.
