About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in Dehradun with Millennium India Education Foundation and Peerbagh, two nonprofits committed to promoting inclusion and information access. This role involves coordinating events, conducting research, managing communications campaigns, and supporting operational tasks for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a variety of communication materials such as website content, email newsletters, blog posts, video scripts, and social media campaigns to enhance outreach and audience engagement.
- Conduct interviews within the community to gather data for research projects.
- Engage in communications outreach aimed at forming partnerships and promoting initiatives among collaborators, volunteers, and donors.
- Coordinate both virtual and physical events to support project goals.
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong skills in research and writing.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- A passion for engaging with communities and working within the social sector.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in English, communications, business, or related disciplines.
- Prior 1-2 years of relevant experience is favored but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
