About the Role

At CoinQuant, a leading AI-driven platform empowering users to create trading strategies with authentic data, we are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on-site in either Dubai or Beirut, collaborating directly with top-tier leadership including the founder, Head of Engineering, product managers, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison coordinating efforts among three distinct engineering teams: Trading, Product, and Platform.
• Maintain comprehensive oversight of projects, tracking progress meticulously to ensure timelines are met.
• Proactively resolve obstacles by providing support and keeping communication channels open to unblock team members.
• Ensure consistent and timely delivery of ongoing development efforts.

Organizational Context

• The platform supports over 15,000 registered users and handles more than 100,000 research and backtesting sessions.
• The headquarters is located in Dubai with a distributed team spanning Dubai, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Beirut.
