Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Manage coordination activities for projects involving one to multiple rig operations, generally under general supervision.
• Handle projects with limited risk profiles, characterized by no inter-product service line dependencies, performance-based contracts, or minimal involvement of non-core third-party services.
• Collaborate with senior project managers on larger, more integrated projects to share and acquire comprehensive project management responsibilities.
• Coordinate and oversee projects involving three or more product service lines, managing both internal teams and limited external parties in alignment with company policies and approved systems.
• Lead regular meetings to review performance metrics and implement management systems aimed at improving efficiency and overall results.
• Participate actively in operational problem solving during project execution, including leading or supervising investigations related to safety and quality events.
• Champion Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies by ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for both Halliburton and customers.
• Verify that well-site equipment meets documented specifications and that third-party rental or purchased equipment has valid inspection and testing documentation.
• Lead internal pre-execution and post-project review meetings, such as Drilling Well On Paper and Completing Well On Paper exercises.
• Engage consistently in project safety briefings and business performance reviews.
• Conduct performance evaluations based on established product service line and project key performance indicators.
• Maintain detailed daily operation records within the OpenWells system, emphasizing productive times and non-productive time classification.
• Ensure all personnel follow the most current versions of project procedures and expectations.
• Evaluate operational performance across product service lines and assess the relevance of technology implementations.
• Manage project Performance Optimization Plans and resolve cross-product service line issues prior to final billing and reporting.
• Document and communicate lessons learned to district and leadership teams.
• Uphold professionalism, maintain excellent communication skills, and foster positive interactions with personnel across various organizational levels.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with a focus on client engagement and interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including at least two years of full-time involvement in the oil and gas industry.

This role operates at Halliburton's location at Jubail Highway Abu Hadria Exit, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
