Job description
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator - Analyst I will actively support project management priorities by managing scheduling, meetings, communications, and preparation of presentation materials. They will assist in contract staffing by reviewing candidate résumés, verifying Labor Category compliance, and participating in interviews and customer introductions. Coordination and submission of various program documentation including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and reports to government and contractor stakeholders are key responsibilities.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and organize meetings, communication, schedules, and presentation materials aligned with project management priorities and status reviews.
- Conduct staffing support activities such as résumé reviews, labor category compliance checks, interviews, and customer briefings.
- Prepare and manage submission of CDRL deliverables, status reports, personnel briefs, timesheets, and program documentation.
- Analyze contract modifications and funding adjustments ensuring consistency with program goals and performance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with government clients, project managers, subcontractors, contract teams, and talent acquisition professionals to enable smooth project delivery and resolution of issues.
- Monitor personnel compliance requirements under contract and track expiration dates as a secondary point of contact for contract operations.
- Manage the collection and verification of monthly status reports from team leads and subcontractors ensuring accuracy before forwarding to the contracts team for dissemination.
