Project Coordinator

Role Summary

We seek a Project Coordinator to oversee and assist in managing various cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects progress smoothly to meet deadlines. This full-time, fully remote role involves supporting project managers and team leaders with planning, monitoring, and operational responsibilities essential for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Organize project meetings, set agendas, and manage follow-up actions for team members.
• Monitor and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
• Manage project documentation using platforms such as Notion, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Assist resource allocation planning and track basic budget elements.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders according to established schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year experience in project coordination within structured environments.
• Proficient with project management software including Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse, cross-time-zone teams.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are advantageous but not mandatory.
