Project BIM Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Project BIM Coordinator to lead digital delivery initiatives on our projects, specifically focusing on hotel and commercial office developments. This position requires a combination of extensive engineering and construction experience along with advanced BIM management skills.

Core Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or relevant fields.
• At least 15 years of substantial project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
• A strong record of managing complex hotel and commercial office projects.
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards.
• Capable of overseeing full project coordination cycles.

BIM and Digital Delivery Leadership

• Take charge of BIM-oriented projects ensuring compliance with industry norms and project specifications.
• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to guarantee consistency and quality across projects.
• Integrate BIM within Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) frameworks.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination including 4D Phase Planning and 5D Cost Estimating.
• Prepare clash detection reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Identify and resolve issues related to models and project delivery promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

Holding a Registered Engineer credential is considered a significant advantage.
