Project Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Assistant to remotely support various aspects of AI-related projects. This role involves assisting with project tasks, handling requests, and managing crucial documentation, guided by established project support procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project tasks and requests while adhering to set project support procedures.
• Prepare necessary documentation and contextual materials for each incoming request.
• Monitor commitments, identify blockers, track due dates, and provide evidence of task completion.
• Check due dates against dependencies to ensure schedule accuracy before confirmation.
• Document findings related to completed materials, capture meeting outcomes, and highlight any unresolved issues requiring further review.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English communication.
• Capability to consistently follow project support guidelines for task and documentation handling.
• Skill to detect scheduling conflicts due to unresolved dependencies.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and an appropriate home office setup.
• Prior experience in project support, administration, or operations coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
