Role Overview
This full-time, on-premises Project Architect position, located in Delhi, India, entails responsibilities like preparing technical drawings, designing architectural elements, communicating effectively, and creating as well as reviewing architectural plans and presentations. Collaboration with senior architects and coordination with various team members and stakeholders ensures that project outcomes conform to quality criteria and adhere to deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong technical skills in architectural drafting and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and editing architectural drawings
- Capability to develop engaging and polished presentations
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software
- Knowledge of construction materials, relevant building codes, and industry regulations
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience within the industrial architecture sector is favorable
