Role Overview
The Programme Advisor will engage with sales professionals primarily in retail and early-career positions. The role involves promoting and guiding candidates to enroll in our paid weekend masterclasses through direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with retail sales professionals and individuals at the beginning of their careers.
- Encourage enrollment into the paid weekend masterclasses by providing guidance and information.
- Perform field visits to various locations such as stores, malls, and offices within Nagpur to establish face-to-face connections.
- Conduct communication through calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person meetings to maintain contact and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a confident demeanor and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting field visits and initiating interactions with new individuals.
- Show self-motivation and a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in Hindi with basic knowledge of English; Marathi language proficiency is considered advantageous.
- Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development roles, which is preferred.
Compensation Details
The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000. Additionally, a performance-based incentive of ₹800 to ₹1,000 is awarded for each confirmed enrollment into the paid masterclasses. High performers have the potential to earn beyond this range.
Additional Information
This position demands regular fieldwork and direct interaction with clients, coupled with target-driven responsibilities. Candidates should be fully comfortable meeting people and operating within a target-oriented environment.
