Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Operations Executive to be based in Sydney. Collaborating closely with the Advertising Sales team, you will leverage your expertise in programmatic monetization and audience data strategies to maximize revenue from Connected TV video inventory across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide commercial strategies for open exchange, private exchange, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Automated Guaranteed formats covering video, display, and mobile advertising inventory.
- Assess and prioritize programmatic business needs, translating these into actionable operational projects designed to increase revenue, enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and optimize inventory performance across multiple platforms.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Network 10’s brands, products, and commercial intelligence tools to deliver effective programmatic solutions and support sales efforts.
- Strengthen trading desk, DSP, and client relationships to maximize revenue streams across all Network 10 brands.
- Coordinate integration and organization of all programmatic platforms and monetization partners within the Australian marketplace, including multiple SSPs and exchanges.
- Collaborate with APAC DMP partners to develop data-driven audience solutions and extract commercial insights to activate via programmatic channels.
- Provide training and educational sessions for internal stakeholders on programmatic platforms, data opportunities, and overarching programmatic strategy.
- Demonstrate leadership in tracking project progress, executing sales programs consistently, and managing initiatives effectively.
- Meet or surpass programmatic revenue targets contributing to Paramount’s overall financial success in the Australian market, particularly focusing on Sydney operations.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of four years’ experience in digital media environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges, real-time bidding (RTB), and programmatic trading mechanisms.
- Proven experience working with agencies or buyers and a strong grasp of trading desks, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and buy-side ad technology.
- Skilled in structuring negotiations, managing forecasts, and maintaining sales pipelines effectively.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Australian digital media landscape and its unique market characteristics.
- Well-organized, detail-focused, adaptable to change, multitasking prowess, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
