Role Overview
As a Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for leading impactful campaigns that differentiate, challenge standards, and drive significant results. You will oversee a skilled team, enhance key partnerships, and ensure the programmatic operations run efficiently. Responsibilities include negotiations, elevating demand-side platform (DSP) presence, and bringing energy and clarity that clients value.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic consulting along with outstanding execution in Programmatic Media, including delivery, measurement, optimization, and insight for dentsu clients.
- Manage client accounts and agency relations to maintain clear, consistent communication and fully understand objectives.
- Lead and mentor the programmatic team, ensuring high-quality standards, fostering collaboration across teams, and maintaining smooth delivery during client interactions and quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain expert knowledge in Programmatic Media Strategy with consistent application across multiple experience touchpoints.
- Collaborate with key publishers and partners to advance training initiatives, innovation, and client growth.
- Drive campaign performance and develop strategies that fuel financial growth and deepen programmatic understanding among clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership in programmatic advertising with experience managing teams and developing robust client relationships.
- Hands-on expertise working with DV360 and The Trade Desk platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing relationships with publishers, partners, and DSPs.
- Excellent analytical skills capable of interpreting performance data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication skills including client presentations, leading training sessions, and contributing strategically.

Salary Range: $90000 - $100000 per annum inclusive of superannuation, contingent on experience.
