Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Program Success Manager to oversee customer success initiatives across our partner schools. This role focuses on helping schools achieve their educational goals by maximizing engagement, satisfaction, and program renewals, contributing to our vision of accessible quality education.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor implementation and usage of educational programs in partner schools, identifying issues and tracking student progress toward defined learning objectives.
• Provide continuous guidance and support to School Implementation Officers to ensure effective program utilization and achievement of desired results.
• Lead seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance for schools to boost usage and impact of the programs.
• Develop strong relationships with school leadership, administrators, and officers by understanding their needs and maintaining active, trust-based communication.
• Manage individual school accounts, proactively resolving concerns using CRM tools to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze data from feedback and usage metrics to detect trends and identify opportunities for program enhancement.
• Drive school retention efforts, targeting a positive Net Promoter Score and sustaining a retention rate of at least 95% through effective renewal management.
• Conduct regular school visits within a 150-kilometer radius to provide tailored support, planning for approximately 18 travel days per month.

Experience & Compensation

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably with a background in academic operations. The position offers an annual remuneration ranging between Rs 4,00,000 and Rs 6,00,000.
This role includes a travel allowance of Rs 15,000 per month, covering approximately 18 days of work-related travel within the assigned area.
