About the Role
The Corporate Services Policy and Planning team at a leading tech company is dedicated to policy formulation, research, strategic planning, data analytics, and managing programs. This team aims to enhance business operations by developing distinctive employee and corporate service experiences, with a focus on operational units. The role supports strategic initiatives connected to corporate services and employee experience, particularly relating to workplace services, real estate, catering, and physical security.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and evaluation of existing policies, regulations, and legislation concerning workplace programs; identify gaps and offer well-targeted solutions.
- Assist in drafting data-driven and evidence-supported policies, frameworks, and initiatives to improve workplace programs, encourage innovation, and increase customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational and industry standards.
- Collaborate with regional teams to form strategic plans that facilitate the successful execution of policy initiatives with measurable objectives.
- Build strong partnerships across different business units, engaging key stakeholders to co-develop sustainable and systemic solutions.
- Use data analytics and before/after impact models to assess program effectiveness; implement monitoring systems to evaluate policy and intervention outcomes.
- Offer expert advice, support, and insights to stakeholders, operational teams, and company leaders, leveraging industry knowledge to propose practical actions.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, assessment, and governance of cross-functional programs.
- Define and track performance indicators for center of excellence (COE) activities; compile progress updates and comprehensive reports for management.
- Lead initiatives for organizational change and transformation; provide necessary guidance, training, and support to involved teams.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven leadership in diverse and multicultural settings.
- Extensive project and program management experience, especially delivering results within global, matrixed organizations.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, as collaboration with stakeholders in China is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional background in workplace operations, real estate, administration, consulting, or related business management areas.
- Ability to promote growth and foster innovative solutions while adapting positively to change and challenges.
- Experience managing personnel and vendors.
