Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for comprehensive administration, financial management, and operational control of the center. This role involves engaging with local government authorities, social welfare agencies, and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the center's administrative, financial, and operational functions.
- Act as liaison with district authorities, social welfare departments, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise staff members and oversee patient rehabilitation initiatives along with accurate reporting.
- Coordinate daily project activities, organize awareness programs, and conduct field visits.
- Manage processes for patient registration, maintain detailed case histories, and schedule counseling sessions.
- Engage directly with community groups, patients, and their families.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects in compliance with MSJE requirements.
