About the Role
The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Business Development, and Product Marketing to enhance and expand quality job postings globally. This role offers the opportunity to engage with job partnerships worldwide and leverage Machine Learning techniques to elevate the quality of job sources, impacting millions of job seekers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, product metrics, and the professional landscape to identify and implement effective solutions that support member and customer success.
- Lead product requirements gathering, planning, and designing new features and enhancements, including the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Collaborate across teams to advance the mission of creating economic opportunities for the global workforce.
- Research and assess the wider job market ecosystem to inform product decisions and balance trade-offs for ecosystem benefit.
- Set challenging, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), maintaining transparency throughout execution.
- Communicate product advantages clearly to users and stakeholders suited to their understanding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in product management.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Solid foundational knowledge of APIs and web integration technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a technology-related field is desirable.
- Proven experience developing and launching successful SaaS or social networking platform solutions.
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems and/or online job board platforms.
- Experience working within partner ecosystems in conjunction with business development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage highly cross-functional groups.
- Effective communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
