Program Manager - Transformation & Delivery

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager specializing in Transformation and Delivery to spearhead large-scale, multifaceted transformation initiatives from start to finish. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities, including program delivery oversight, governance implementation, stakeholder engagement, resource coordination, risk management, and ensuring business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs spanning multiple functions through initiation, execution, and closure phases.
• Define and manage program scope, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, quality standards, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop detailed delivery schedules, milestone checkpoints, and success metrics.
• Coordinate diverse workstreams to maintain alignment with overarching program goals.
• Monitor progress continuously and mitigate risks or deviations proactively.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks including structures, operating rhythms, delivery controls, and documentation practices.
• Organize governance forums, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting to maintain transparency.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders in business, technology, and functional areas to facilitate strategic discussions and manage escalations.
• Drive program execution across multiple teams, tracking performance against KPIs and ensuring delivery of measurable benefits.
• Support change management efforts to promote adoption and organizational readiness.
• Manage program resources effectively, oversee risk and dependencies, and escalate critical issues to appropriate governance bodies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in managing complex transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital, or Technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong command of program governance, PMO practices, RAID logs, and executive-level reporting.
• Proven skills in senior stakeholder engagement and escalation management.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with various delivery methods including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Competent in managing resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and effectively delivering outcomes.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe are advantageous.
