About the Role

The Program Manager for Marketing at Vedant Fashions Limited - Manyavar-Mohey will be responsible for managing assignments from start to finish, including data extraction, analysis, generation of reports, and creating presentations. The role involves supporting marketing and customer-focused automation efforts and handling technical workflows across various tools and platforms. Utilizing AI tools daily to craft queries, debug, draft content, analyze data, and refine outputs to professional quality is a core responsibility. The candidate will also track emerging technologies and tools relevant to the business, develop templates and workflows to accelerate recurring tasks, and adapt to shifting projects without a fixed scope.

Who We're Looking For

• Regular user of AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude for practical work, capable of articulating their prompting and iteration process.
• Basic proficiency or comfort with data and logic using spreadsheets, query languages, or coding, or demonstrable rapid learning ability in these areas.
• Highly curious and self-motivated to learn new tools independently without needing explicit guidance.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and adjust to evolving priorities effectively.
• Preferred candidates have a technical background combined with business and marketing interest, ideally from a recognized institution, although a strong portfolio and sharp analytical thinking may compensate for formal pedigree.
