Program Manager

About the Role

HyperThink Systems is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee extensive enterprise applications, system integration, and IT infrastructure projects for a prominent client based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery across the entire project life cycle.
• Maintain strong governance and adherence to project management frameworks including PMBOK.
• Effectively supervise risk, budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Engage diverse stakeholders and manage client expectations proficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a minimum of 13 years experience in IT Project Management roles.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related IT field.
• PMP certification is preferred to validate project management expertise.
• Demonstrate excellent command of project governance and delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is desirable.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar and hold a valid Qatar ID (QID).
