Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager with substantial hands-on experience in delivering Pega-centric projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in overseeing complex program delivery, collaborating across diverse teams, and ensuring Pega projects are completed on schedule and within financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs involving Pega technology.
• Prepare detailed program roadmaps including schedules, milestones, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Foster effective coordination among business stakeholders, technical experts, solution architects, and third-party vendors to guarantee project success.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations related to project delivery.
• Track progress diligently, monitor deliverables, and communicate status updates consistently to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure cohesive alignment between business demands, technical implementations, and overall program goals.
• Champion governance, maintain stakeholder communication, and promote ongoing process enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
