Program Director

About the Role and Organization

Our client, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is spearheading large-scale master-planned development projects. They seek a Program Director based in Jeddah to assume comprehensive accountability for the execution of a significant development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the program by establishing roadmaps, setting decision authorities, and defining performance baselines.
• Facilitate governance boards and guide executive leadership on vital contract awards and strategic compromises.
• Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from early planning and design to construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
• Coordinate complex interfaces among infrastructure, utilities, and building components.
• Manage master scheduling, oversee budgets running into multiple billions of SAR, and administer cash flow projections.
• Administer FIDIC contracts, handling claims, modifications, and extensions of time.
• Control program risk exposure, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and manage digital reporting controls.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years' experience managing mega-scale programs, particularly in construction or land development.
• Proven success managing infrastructure or land development initiatives valued above SAR 1 billion.
• Extensive practical knowledge of FIDIC contract frameworks and Saudi Arabian construction legislation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; advanced credentials such as a Master's degree or PMP certification are advantageous.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
