About the Company
Stignite Communications is a leading organizer of scientific events, providing a global platform for researchers, scholars, academics, and business professionals in Pharma, Science, and Medicine to share and discuss their latest research breakthroughs. Operating from the Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society campus in Visakhapatnam, the company fosters collaboration and knowledge dissemination in the scientific community.
Job Location and Timing
The position is based in person at the IT Incubation Centre, Hill No - 03, Sunrise Startup Village Road, Pedda Rushikonda, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530045. Working hours are scheduled from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Identify and invite distinguished researchers and academics to take part in scientific conferences organized by the company.
- Draft and send personalized invitation letters to selected researchers and scientists, emphasizing the importance of their contributions, the benefits of attending, and the chance to showcase their work to an international audience.
- Compile and maintain databases of pertinent researchers by searching reputable academic publishing platforms such as PubMed and ScienceDirect.
- Promote upcoming conferences on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook by sharing comprehensive updates, engaging with professional and academic groups to enhance visibility, and encourage participant registrations.
Requirements
- Educational qualifications including B Pharma, M Pharma, MTech (Biotech), MSc (Biotech), or any graduate/postgraduate degree in Life Sciences.
- Competency in fundamental computer software, particularly MS Office suite encompassing MS Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to professional outreach.
- Customer service aptitude with an ability to understand and cater to the needs of clients and stakeholders effectively and professionally.
