Job Overview

Join Honeywell Technologies as a Program Controls Specialist II, dedicated exclusively to Saudi nationals. In this role, you will contribute to managing project control functions across multiple projects, focusing on controlling costs, monitoring schedules, forecasting, risk assessment, and conducting variance analyses. Your collaboration will span project managers, finance, planning, procurement, and delivery teams to maintain precise project performance metrics and support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining project baselines, cost plans, schedules, and progress tracking methods.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, risks, and deviations.
• Compile and present regular project status reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Evaluate cost and schedule discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective measures.
• Collaborate with finance teams for budget accuracy, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Support cash flow projections and analyze remaining costs to completion.
• Create and deliver reports with tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP, and other specialized software.
• Identify risks, delays, and cost implications, aiding in mitigation strategies.
• Manage change control procedures, assessing impacts on cost and schedule.
• Maintain thorough project documentation for audit and compliance.
• Ensure project control tasks align with company policies, client standards, and organizational procedures.
• Advocate for and implement project control best practices across projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering; degrees in Finance, Construction Management, or related fields are also considered.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, scheduling, or project performance oversight.
• In-depth understanding of cost and schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project reporting methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and SAP software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience utilizing Power BI or equivalent dashboard and reporting tools.
• Solid grasp of finance and accounting principles relevant to project management.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent reporting skills.
• Effective written and verbal English communication capabilities.
• Capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, multi-project setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data precision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, RMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent credentials.
• Exposure to multinational or regional projects.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management, S-curves, cost-loaded schedules, and project KPI monitoring.
• Experience in sectors such as engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, technology, or data centers.
