About the Role
Two Maids & A Mop in Stafford, Texas is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic individuals dedicated to delivering outstanding service to customers. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay range of $13 to $15 per hour. No prior cleaning experience is necessary since complete paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
As a Professional House Cleaner, you will visit clients' homes as part of a team, performing assigned cleaning tasks while ensuring excellent workmanship and customer service. Your duties will include effective communication with customers, managers, and teammates to resolve issues independently and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the day.

- Dependability: Maintain consistent attendance Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Effective communication: Clearly convey information to customers and coworkers professionally.

- Attention to detail: Notice and address small but important elements to meet customer expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability during the specified full-time weekly schedule (Monday through Friday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for commuting to work sites.
- Successful completion of national background and drug screening checks.
