Overview

This role is dedicated to ensuring the secure, punctual, and professional conveyance of hotel guests in Sheraton Grand Hotel's vehicles, aligning with the luxury standards of Sheraton and Marriott brands. The position encompasses vehicle upkeep and precise documentation.

Key Duties

• Transport guests to predetermined destinations including airports and local sites, accommodating special requests.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips for cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of all journeys traveled.
• Refuel vehicles appropriately and immediately report any damages or mechanical issues.
• Welcome guests with professionalism and assist with their luggage as needed.
• Keep vehicles spotless both inside and out.
• Offer guests insights on local attractions, directions, and hotel amenities.
• Prioritize guest safety while adhering strictly to local driving regulations.
• Support valet and bell teams during busy times by managing traffic and parking assistance.
• Promptly notify supervisors of accidents, vehicle problems, or unsafe circumstances.
• Execute additional driving or guest-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• Holds a valid UAE light vehicle driving license with at least one year of experience.
• Maintains an excellent driving record with solid knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules.
• Skilled in operating various hotel vehicles such as sedans, vans, and electric carts.
• Communicates effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages advantageous.
• Exhibits a courteous, professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance.
• Familiar with GPS navigation, traffic applications, and hotel transportation protocols.
• Maintains composure and helpfulness under pressure and in guest interactions.
