Professional Affair Executive

Major Responsibilities

As a Professional Affair Executive, you will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs tailored for Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) across Singapore. You will plan and conduct various educational formats and workshops at different times, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders gain valuable insights. The role involves developing training modules, educational materials, case studies, and toolkits to effectively support products and programs. You are also expected to assess the impact of training sessions and institute follow-up measures for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

This position requires collaborative efforts with professional institutes, associations, and partners to boost brand recognition and credibility. You will offer consistent support and consultation to ECPs, including troubleshooting where necessary. Maintaining strong relationships with eye care professionals and internal stakeholders is essential.

Commercial Support

You will keep abreast of the latest industry developments and competitor activities, preparing competitive analyses to address challenges effectively. Supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and special events in coordination with the Marketing team is a key function. The role may also require participation in various cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry; candidates with Optician credentials may be considered based on experience.
• Preferably has prior experience in retail optical environments.
• Strong interest in the technical facets of ophthalmic lenses and enthusiasm for the Optometry sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse groups.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a teamwork setting.
