Key Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for finishing by applying and removing masking materials according to customer specifications.
• Hang parts appropriately on the paint line using designated hangers for each item type.
• Carefully remove and stack painted parts to prevent damage to the finish.
• Package parts securely following instructions to ensure protection during shipment.
• Accurately clock in and out for shifts and specific jobs.
• Safely operate job-related tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Adhere to all established safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Understand and carry out tasks as per the Work Center Process guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Good hand-eye coordination to perform detailed tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Physical ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
