Job Description

The Production Technician is responsible for operating glue machines and performing hand assembly of customized binders. Tasks include sewing materials to manufacture bound books and conducting quality control checks to ensure orders meet accuracy and completeness standards. Initial training is provided, along with future opportunities to learn various production processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Comfortable using measuring instruments like rulers.
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours per shift.
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new procedures.
  • Committed to long-term employment and quality workmanship.
  • Capable of regularly lifting 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Interest in hands-on, craft-oriented work is preferred.
