Job Overview
At Toyoda Gosei Uno Minda India Pvt. Ltd., located in Hosur, we are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The role involves planning daily production activities and ensuring targets are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, track, and implement daily production schedules to meet established goals.
- Maximize the effective use of workforce, equipment, and raw materials.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance production procedures to boost efficiency and product quality.
- Liaise with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments to maintain seamless workflow.
- Collect, analyze, and report production data on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in any engineering or relevant discipline.
