Job description
Role Overview
As a Production Senior Assistant at Esytes Innovations and Advertising, you will play a vital role in orchestrating daily operational tasks related to multiple production teams including carpentry, polishing, upholstery, and metalwork. Your responsibilities will span managing schedules, coordinating logistics, quality control, and client support to ensure seamless production and delivery processes.
Daily Responsibilities
- Oversee production schedules for various workshop teams such as carpentry, polishing, upholstery, and metalwork.
- Liaise with external vendors, verify job orders, and maintain daily production tracking systems.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs on the production floor to inspect quality and promptly resolve any issues.
- Organize timely procurement and arrangement of materials, hardware, and supplies needed for production.
- Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate site installations effectively.
Client and Design Assistance
- Attend client locations to perform precise measurements and mark sites.
- Provide support to sales teams during client meetings and site inspections.
- Assist in coordinating product photoshoots and contribute to design review activities.
