Job Overview
Join a leading metal manufacturing company as a Production Planning & Development Manager located in Vapi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules according to client demands and in alignment with the resources at hand.
Key Duties
- Develop and supervise comprehensive production plans that meet customer requirements and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate effectively with Research & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, Inventory, Procurement, and Equipment Maintenance teams to streamline production processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess robust expertise in Production Planning and Control (PPC) methodologies.
- Demonstrated practical experience in both Research & Development and manufacturing operations within the metal sector.
- Solid understanding of metal fabrication processes including bills of materials (BOM) and process documentation such as process sheets.
- Diploma qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
