Role Overview

This position involves performing fundamental manual tasks and managing automatic or semi-automatic machinery to complete various routine assembly activities on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. The work is directed by detailed verbal or written instructions and process sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute straightforward operations related to high-volume production.
• Operate diverse automatic and semi-automatic machines efficiently.
• Conduct basic validation checks before proceeding to subsequent production steps.
• Link assembled units and engage automated validation procedures.
• Manage material feeding and retrieval of finished products from the production line.
• Transport components across multiple workstations.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Capability to interpret basic assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in utilizing production database systems.
• Good manual dexterity and comfortable using simple hand tools.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Up to one year of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in French language.

Additional Information

Selected candidates must successfully obtain and maintain security clearance at the reliability status level and pass the Controlled Goods Program security assessment.
