About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operative to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Corby. The role involves actively contributing to achieving daily production targets with precision, while upholding stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate production machinery to fulfill daily output goals.
• Maintain flawless order accuracy during packing and labelling operations.
• Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Keep the work area tidy and well-organized at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different departments as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have own transportation due to site location.
• Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and proactive approach to work.

Working Hours and Pay

• Shift pattern: Any 4 days out of 7 from 06:00 to 18:00 or 07:00 to 19:00.
• Overtime opportunities available during busy periods.
• Hourly wage: £12.71.
